I also built a new home with the Viscusi Builders, and I could not be happier. Quality work, and they always return calls and do the typical comebacks. I have built several new homes, and no one could be more honest than this builder. Highly Recommended.
Lip service is what they excel at. They built our home...bowed window frames (didn't even know that was possible) cracked wood molding, cracks in the walls...defects abound. They claim they will complete punchlists...waiting for months. They put you off time after time, waiting for you to wear down. They have proven that they do not care about their buyers. Their word is all but worthless.
