Les + : L' emplacement est superbe en face de la plage et à proximité du centre de Broadbeach avec un parking au sous-sol. L'appartement 3 chambres avec vue sur l'océan, très propre à notre arrivée, est fonctionnel, bien équipé au niveau cuisine et électroménager. La wifi et la smart TV fonctionnent bien. The apartment was advertised as having air conditioning, but it did not work at all. When maintenance attended, we were told the entire system was broken, which indicates this was a known issue. Despite this, the problem was brushed off, no genuine attempt was made to fix it during our stay, and no compensation or alternative solution was offered. The apartment was not presented in a clean condition upon arrival. The floors, benches, and tables were visibly dirty, and the blankets were stained and unclean, which was disappointing and well below an acceptable standard. The property was advertised as having air conditioning; however, the system was not functioning during our stay. Good. Not great. Luxe price but not luxury experience. The location was excellent. Right on the beach and easy walk to shops and restaurants. The unit was rather cheap feeling in materials. The bathrooms were dark and had no natural light or air. The bedrooms had no curtains to block out light or heat. Only fans in bedrooms despite listing A/C. There was one wall ac unit in living room only, didn't help cool the bedrooms where you sleep.
