Lots fees have gotten very expensive for "affordable living homes", over $700 monthly. They recently down graded the size of the "community" pool to the size of a pool you would find in someone's backyard for a community of over 200 people to share. Snow removal is very minimal during winter. Your lucky to see salt. Hard time understanding what the lot fees go towards besides their pockets. Do your self a favor and buy a house to avoid this place.
