As soon as i bought my tune. he didn't respond once for months.. waste of time and money.. don't buy into what social media shows...
They sent me a wrong item of a purchase and when i ask how we can solve the problem they dont answer back with any solution.
honestly, they have fell off They like to bash other companies that make fire ring gaskets, But really, the quality of their is the worst. I bought a KLM & Visconti s58 fire ring gasket & had them side by side. Visconti is terrible, and thats being nice. Double the price too. I ended up not using either, KLM gladly returned it. Doesn’t respond to emails, contact us form, instagram, or Facebook. Doesn’t have a valid working number and the address listed is fake. Will gladly take your money but that’s last you will hear from them
Do not due business with this company. Yeah their products might be good but their customer service is absolute trash. Once I got ahold of someone they immediately told me to stop calling and hung up the phone. If you got products from them and it worked. Then you got lucky. But if you got something that didn't work. Good luck on trying to get it resolved Spent about 2k on their STG2 fuel pump with their wiring harness that was recommended Now I'm stuck with a GTR that doesn't work cause they sent me the wrong part.
