They sent me a wrong item of a purchase and when i ask how we can solve the problem they dont answer back with any solution.
honestly, they have fell off They like to bash other companies that make fire ring gaskets, But really, the quality of their is the worst. I bought a KLM & Visconti s58 fire ring gasket & had them side by side. Visconti is terrible, and thats being nice. Double the price too. I ended up not using either, KLM gladly returned it. Visconti Doesn’t want to return it because it was past 20 days, But really five days after I got it I wanted to return it, but I didn’t feel like telling him his product was terrible I guess that’s wh... read more
