Hired Visconti to shuttle for my wedding in September. Where do I begin? I clocked out the shuttles exactly leaving 10 minutes extra for each trip in case of traffic or other issues and made an itinerary for them. They were over an hour late to the hotel to pick up the groomsmen, and late to pick myself, the bride, and my girls up. When I asked him what happened he said the groomsmen were late coming down, but he had fast food and was eating as we were getting in.
