While the staff is very friendly, and they send me off with a rose, they do not respect my time. I waited an hour for my last appointment with no explanation or apology, and for my next appointment was told to arrive 15 minutes early. The staff hadn’t even arrived yet and the office was still closed. Why am I arriving so early for no reason? Time is my most valuable asset.
The staff was very friendly, prompt, considerate of my comfort and they took care of me very well.
