Horrible place to live! HOA will let anyone do anything! Fake and unprofessional! Once they know you live here they sweet and responsive but once they know you leave they treat you like trash! Shows you what type of people they are! U can complain about noise and nothing gets done! People come in with loud music and yelling at 2-4 am! Low life people! Don’t live here! Trust me it’s a nightmare! I’m located with the garages and worst mistake I ever made!
I’ve lived in Visconti for over three years, and I’ve always appreciated the peace and quiet of the community. However, lately it’s become a real issue that people — including college students — are moving in during the middle of the night, sometimes between midnight and 5 AM. That’s extremely disruptive and inconsiderate, especially for residents who have to get up early for work.
