Our family worked with Sherri from Visavie. We were blown away by the tremendous support she was able to provide - from the research, coordination, liaison work, and logistics in planning with the facility. Sherri was able to take the unique needs of our family and ensure the supports we required were able to be matched appropriately. Ultimately we were able to secure a facility for our family member and it is all thanks to Sherri.

I recommend Tara 100%. We couldn't have found a place so perfectly suited to our mom's needs and so quickly without Tara's assistance. Tara went above and beyond for us, driving from Oshawa to Burlington to be there with us in person every step of the way; from meeting with us initially to understand our mom's needs, to arranging tours at various homes and attending the tours with us (including arranging time to ask staff questions), to holding de-brief sessions after visits to arrange next steps.
