AMAZING customer service in an age where that's almost non-existent! Michael Hendrie, one of their service associates, watched as I arrived just after hours with the tow truck driver for the next step of my adventure, and he got me going in no time! Not only did he assist when it wasn't even his job to do so, but he couldn't have been more pleasant of a human. Thank you Visalia and Michael- YOU'RE THE BEST!
