They're great at opening new parks and stuff, but once they cut the ribbon they might as well disappear, because only the most basic possible services will stay on payroll. Cool, someone's mowing the grass and emptying the trash cans. Guess that's all that's required to maintain a city park.
Walked the dogs from the Visalia SPCA and it was good to get out and do something with the dogs that they enjoyed
