He’s is very nice, respectful, and he has done an amazing job with my braces Journey!
for being our first time there it wasn’t a good experience. we where there a few minutes early and they took way too long to call my daughter up to get signed in because the lady mixed her up with another patient and crossed her off the list. then we waited even longer as other patients went in before her. the dr also seemed frustrated so I decided to go elsewhere. just my experience from being there for the first time.
Staff is great, always polite and willing to provide education if you have any concerns. They are great a resolving any issues that may come up. I have two children with them currently and have nothing negative to say. So happy that they opened their second location in Visalia.
