This place is a joke. I came yesterday and it was over a hour and half wait. I left and came back today and it’s no different. You need to respect patients time. I can understand a short wait but not an hour again. It looks like the two women processing the orders just sit and talk. I’ll find another lab after this.
Since switching to a number system, this lab has slowed to a crawl. It took me an hour and a half when there were only 8 people who needed a draw. Too much chatting, not enough drawing.
There's always a line every time I've gone. They need to find a way to better expedite the registration process; It seems like that is usually the hold up of why it takes so long. Or have the ability to make appointments similar to Quest. They get you in and out promptly.
