EDIT: Kelly saw my review and kindly called to see if she could help. Another radiologist reviewed my x-rays and added an addendum to the report. A big thank you to Kelly for reaching out and asking for the peer review. ---------------- The radiologist's report did not match with the x-ray findings. It was an underwhelming report with a very apparent key item not reported/misreported, something that would change the treatment plan. I’m leaving a 5 star review because the ultrasound tech Haylie is AMAZING. I felt so heard and comfortable during my visit today. It Was definitely a blessing.
They take forever to answer the phone to schedule an appointment. I’ve been calling for two days and no one ever answers. And if you leave your number they never call you back.
I am BEGGING you to please provide responsive records to E-Health, requested on behalf of Stanford Orthopedic Oncology. Your delay may be killing me, literally.
