They treated my grandma very roughly when she went for her mammogram. She hasn’t been able to use her arm or right shoulder for a week and has been unable to drive due to how they injured her while they were trying to get her imaging done. I’m very disappointed in their treatment of her as supposed “medical professionals”. It’s actually pretty sickening. Please treat your patients better, especially the elderly.

I went to the imaging center to have a needle biopsy on a thyroid nodule done. The procedure was pretty simple and I was told the results would be in the following week. 12 days later I still had not received the results and went in. Then, when I complained about the 8 day delay they said they were "happy" with the lab doing the pathology. I don't know about you, but... read more

The lady doing the ultrasound was rude and cold. Let us listen to our baby’s heartbeat for less than a second. Did not tell us the rate of the heart beat till I asked. Didn't even try to capture a good photo of our baby. And she stated “we don’t print pictures here, you can take one with your phone” She mentioned there was not much she co... read more

I Love how helpful the staff has been here. It started with the staff squeezing me in for an x-ray late in the day that was necessary for a an upcoming surgery and then when I followed up with the staff early the next day they were super friendly ,helpful, took their time and things ran so smoothly that the report had already been sent to my doctors office. I want to thank kamry in particular as she really went out of her way to answer my questions without ever making me feel like I was bothering her, it was the exact opposi... read more
