Dr. Ow-Yong has always been a wonderful Dr. to me. He stays extremely busy, but every time I have seen him, he walks in with a smile and asks me, "How are you doing today?" He's the Director of the clinic and also sees patients, works at the hospital, this awesome, kind, busy man always greets me with a smile. That means a lot to me. He takes very good care of me, before he leaves, he always asks if I'm good. If I could bottle his energy, I'd be rich lol I'd recommend him to anyone 🫰🤗

Lady in the front making appointments is very rude and unprofessional. It’s not funny to be giggling at someone else’s pain. She also hung up on me. In a health care field like this if you don’t have compassion, don’t work there.
