I have no clue who I just talked to but I had a referral sent and in the text message it said to call if I have not heard back within 48 hours which I did and the lady who answered the phone was beyond rude you can tell by the tone of her voice that I was interrupting something. I do not recommend this place if it was the last doctors office/clinic available. I’ve been seeking gender affirming care through my primary care for almost a year now and I feel completely let down and discriminated against.
