Since ordering my truck new through Donny, I have done all service work through Visalia Ford. I have my own Maintenance manager and they keep my truck in tip top shape. I have worked with both Mike and Louis and they both are outstanding. Recently I needed a fresh set of 6 tires, (great price on these too) oil and filter change and alignment. I have nothing but great things to say about Visalia Fords Service Center. They tell me exactly what I need done to my vehicle and they dont treat me differently for simply being a woman. My service agent Ricardo is absolutely amazing and he goes above and beyond to take good care of both of my vehicles. If you want quality service take your vehicle to Visalia Ford.

I don’t normally write reviews for businesses just doing their job, but my experience with the service department at Visalia Ford deserves special mention. While on vacation from Southern California, the transmission in my F-250 failed, leaving me stranded and in a tough spot. From the moment I walked in, Luis (Service Manager) and Michael went above and beyond to help me out.
