I have nothing but great things to say about Visalia Fords Service Center. They tell me exactly what I need done to my vehicle and they dont treat me differently for simply being a woman. My service agent Ricardo is absolutely amazing and he goes above and beyond to take good care of both of my vehicles. If you want quality service take your vehicle to Visalia Ford.

While on vacation from Southern California, the transmission in my F-250 failed, leaving me stranded and in a tough spot. I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I feel compelled to call out great customer service when I see it. I had a couple of recalls on my 2015 Ford Transit Connect, and honestly, I would’ve taken care of it much sooner if I’d known how easy the team at Visalia Ford was going to make it.
