Went to Visalia Cyclery to buy birthday bikes for our grandkids Byron and the guys were awesome the kids had a ball. Byron saw to every detail even making sure that the helmets fit properly it's a busy place. But when they wait on you they give you their full attention. We highly recommend buying bikes from them. I went in to pick up my old classic Bridgestone MB-1 Mountain Bike, and took my wife's in for the same confounding flat tire problem, and Byron took great care of me. He figured out the problem, and fixed my wife's bike while I waited! That my friends, is good customer service. I highly recommend this bike shop, they are very into what they do.
Worst bike shop I have ever been in. Never can get any help. Went there to buy two bikes. No one stepped up to wait on me. Walked out without any employee saying a word. My thousand dollars went somewhere else.
