Nice customer service and material
Visalia ceramic tile really care not only about their clients but about their delivery drivers. Is really neat how they coordinated the traffic around to help out their drivers to get unloaded quicker so that they can be on their way. It was a show of great customer service. And care for their delivery drivers. It was really neat to see
seemed like they didnt want to make a sale and wanted to leave because it was saturday. very pushy to get me to leave, so i did. dont waste your time just go to home depot. customer service could use some training.
Needed some grout work done on an existing shower , called and left several messages in their “ residential division “ did an online request as well, gave up after a month of no call back … if it’s not the type of work you do, no worries just dont advertise it and if someone is looking, a polite “ I’m sorry that’s not something we do “ would have been nice
