On April 15, Visalia Tiles sent Eric & Johnathon to our house to tile our entire shower area. They were very professional, nice people & their work they did was impeccable, beautiful & superb. We are very happy with the job. They are artists @ what they do… amazing. We would highly recommend them! Thank you Visalia tile & Eric & Johnathon!
Poor customer service and poor representation of their company while driving around Visalia. Drivers are unsafe, rude and their behavior while in a company vehicle is abhorrent and dangerous. Better companies are available in Fresno, do not recommend Visalia Tile. 0/0 stars.
Can't understand the wide disparity of these reviews. We've used Visalia Ceramic Tile for a few jobs over the years and have always been very happy with their service. They've helped us pick out tiles (loaned samples to view them in our home) and provided professional installation. We couldn't be happier with this long-standing Visalia business.
