Front lady at desk is always just so rude and disrespectful. Im someone who always deals with extreme back pain due to all the car accidents i have been in, i always try and call and schedule a follow up with the doctor and the lady is just always trying to act smart when i ask her a question. Its so unprofessional. If i could give zero stars i would.
