I'm not sure what Dr. Usman & Kathy could have done to give me a better experience. The office is a pleasant place, and the other staff I interacted with were too. At 35 years old, I have not taken care of my mouth, and I have suffered the consequences. But after the anesthesia wore off, I felt like a different person. I’ve seen Dr. Najia more than once for root canals and every time she is personable, experienced & competent- a head above the rest that’s why I would ONLY trust her . She was a top endodontist in a top practice before partnering with her husband an oral surgeon who’s also one of the best in his field . I came to visage after two other dentist chains failed to properly numb and care for a root canal. I was scared of the dentist but Visage totally restored my faith in dentistry!
Was one of the roughest root canals I have ever had. ..and I have had my fair share. Staff was kind, caring.....but the root canal process from start to finish was brutal.
