As a new patient, I was extremely happy with the service & treatment I received. Information was given, with no pressure or "upsells" which is why I swapped dentists. Overall, great service.
I presented with a complex dental issue, and Dr Rod demonstrated exceptional professionalism, clinical skill, and attention to detail. He was kind, non-judgmental, and gentle throughout the entire process. His workmanship was of a very high standard, and the care and advice provided were exemplary. I also wish to acknowledge the administration staff, who were extremely accommodating and assisted in securing an earlier appointment. Overall, the service was outstanding!
I had my first clean & check with Sharon yesterday. Sharon is professional and friendly putting me at ease. She explained everything to me about my teeth and gum health and told me things about dental care as you age which I never knew before. I’ll definitely be back for my next 6 monthly checkup.
