I've purchased several micro packages from them $400 plus each after a few months they cannot find my package. Therefore I paid for several micros that i never received, I just messaged head office to complain.
The worst customer service. I bought 2 eyeshadow primers. I got an eye infection. Emailed head office twice before I got a call back. Wanted a picture of my eye. When u call Sephora no questions asked. Don't buy from them
