My first experience at Visage was in July 2024 when my husband and I traveled from Saskatchewan to Winnipeg for my consultation with Dr. Esmail. Walking through the door, we were greeted and offered coffee while I filling out my paperwork, the staff was already well prepared for each patient that walked through the door. Unprofessional and incredibly poorly managed. I was referred here for a Manitoba Health septoplasty consult, but they clearly prioritize private cosmetic clients. I’ve called three times for updates, and every time they’ve pushed my appointment back without warning. They have zero communication and don't even bother to notify patients of changes. If I hadn't chased them down, I would have never known. Disgusting way to handle patient care Dr. Esmail - do better, it’s embarrassing
UPDATE***** will post pictures So a year after my rhinoplasty, I asked Dr.Esimal to fix my crooked nose, he refused to do anything about the one protruding side, they called me and canceled my appointment, then blocked my number. I am 3 years post op with a botched rhinoplasty. The scar looks absolutely terrible. It looks like he just bunched all the open skin together and stitched it. I am currently saving money once again to fix Dr.Esimals botched job so I dont have to live with a severely crooked nose anymore. I wish i ha... read more
