We had a very disappointing experience. We had our dining chairs reupholstered with new foam and fabric. Within 2 months the staples on the backrest gave up, took one chair back and they put glue to fix it. When I went to pick that up, glue gave up. I had enough, took the chair back and will figure out how to fix it. He was complaining about the back board and not his lack of knowledge. Chairs were perfect before and we had them for many years, made a mistake of taking them to put new fabric :(

What a horrible experience with Vi! Had our couches done and when dropping them off frank didn't want the cushions as he was going to make his own. After waiting several weeks after being told it would only be a couple of days to a week to be finished they finally called to have us pick them up. The cushions that we made were packed so tightly they had no give and were rock hard, on top of that because they were packed too tightly the seams of the cushions were starting to pull and we hadn't even sat on it for a day. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received at Vi’s. We had a lot questions and Vi and Frank were super helpful, offering lots of great suggestions. Frank’s craftsmanship is incredible. Very talented, transforming 4 pieces of our furniture. Would definitely return!!
