I attended the Ethnic School 42nd Anniversary Alumni Gala Dinner on August 23rd. I noticed that the wait staff were amazingly friendly and professional throughout the evening. All of our friends commented on how delicious the Chinese food was, and I was deeply impressed by the beautiful food presentation. Machi and the team at Vi's catered for our wedding on the 15/8/26. Machi was very responsive and the team was thorough with each and every step, they made sure to communicate any changes immediately and ensured that the night ran smoothly. All the food came out promptly and all the guests enjoyed the food thoroughly. Really thankful to them for making sure that everyone was well fed!
