Very rude and unprofessional employees. You should hire employees who speak English. This place is a rip off and scam. Absolutely do not recommend.

The people who answer calls are extremely rude and sarcastic. They definitely need to train the employees with customer service skills because they don't have any whatever.

I called in and paid my bill ,after looking at my bank statement I found they had charged me twice.After calling the billing dept.they insisted they had not.Called my bank and they verified Virtuox had billed twice.It was only $10. BUT it is the principal of over charging. They do this too alot of people it can add up to alot of money fraudulently be obtained by this company.I will try my best to contact corperate but if their additude is the same as their customer service I may be out of luck.Then to the Better Business Bur... read more

First Oximeter unit must have been defective... or a dying battery, as the unit was off by morning... they sent another without letting me know, so the unit could have been sitting on front porch (that I don't use) for weeks, and with them then trying to bill me for the lost unit.... only found out about the second unit being shipped when trying to be a good customer/patient and calling to see if the first unit had been received by them.... both units had smudges on the face, causing me to think they're cleaning sanitation o... read more

Absolutely inept and unprofessional company and representatives. Continually screwed up our pulse Ox tests shipping and information. Finally sent it and it was for an adult not an infant and failed to rectify it in a timely way. They went on to tell me their excuse was they don’t do pediatric patients but they sure were eager to take our money.
