My initial service experience with VirtuOx went well, and I had no issues with the sleep study itself. However, everything after that has been an absolute nightmare regarding the return of the sleep monitoring device. I used the prepaid mailer that VirtuOx provided and sent the device back, exactly as instructed. Now I am being told that they never received it, and to make matters worse, collections is already calling me.
