It's IMPOSSIBLE to call & make an appointment because the line is ALWAYS busy! You have to take time out of your day to take a trip to the salon only to see that the reason the line was busy because is because one of the employees are taking personal calls.

I was not at all happy with my manicure/pedicure. I wanted the white tips on toes and nails. Had white polish all over my feet and the left was alot more thicker than the right. The manicure table dropped during the manicure. All she did was push back the cuticles on both manicure and pedicure and polished. The total was 40.00 which I paid with debit and she "asked me" did I want to put a tip on it. Very unprofessioanl. Will never go back.
