***THEY ABANDON PATIENTS*** Worst clinic EVER!!! And I have seen some really bad ones. Doctor seemed just okay. Overly loud and boisterous. Desk staff is abysmal. And to make it even worse the staff there has ZERO issues violating every right LEGALLY afforded to you. State and federal. And they love to gaslight you and then play the victim. Dr Farooqi is great. As are the other providers i have talked to. That being said, staffing is in dire need of an overhaul. I literally just had THE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS attempt to gaslight me and claim that a company policy was a "legal issue" attempting to claim that "legally" there was an "issue" because insurance drags on getting mri's done. Prescription caused me to be unable to stay awake, or pee, or maintain my orientation in time and space...wound up in ER where doc said my prescribed dose was 4X too strong.
I've been going here for almost 3 years now and I absolutely love it . Both of the providers Jennifer and Irman are amazing compassionate and very understanding providers I've always had a great experience with all the providers. They listen and address all your concerns and do everything they can to help . The assistants and front desk are also great and always very kind
