While the care and understanding of my needs is very competent the office staff is a nightmare. I had to cancel an appointment to assist a neighbor with immediate spine surgery. When I called to reschedule to see Dr. Farooq I was told by Kathy that I could not come in for 2 and a half weeks. This woman is hostile and just plain nasty. I highly recommend staying away from her at all costs. Great clinic! The staff and providers are wonderful and care and take time listening. Dr Farooqi is a standout doctor who shows empathy and has excellent communication skills who puts me at ease. He is great at procedures and has helped with my pain. He care about function and is an asset to Flagstsff. His approach is very holistic and I definitely recommend Virtuous for professional pain management!
The new medical director, Dr. Farooqi is aggressive & hostile. I have been going to this pain center for about half a year now and finally met Dr. Farooqi yesterday. After I explained to him why Kratom helps me keep my pain medication consumption down, the Dr literally screamed at me saying “I should know better” and that my opinion and relief from this medication had no value over his degrees, which he listed off to me all while shouting at me. I love going to this office everyone there is very efficient at their jobs and a very polite and treat you very well. Office is immaculate, and I have never had a problem with them
Terrible office staff. Waited a month to see them. I received a link through text to fill out my new patient paper work. I did that.. thought everything was good. Went to my apt 15 min early even! The receptionist wasn't very knowledgeable and said I had to reschedule my apt for another two weeks later! Because they wanted me to fill out forms there instead of the ones the text sent me????
