Yeah you would be better to go somewhere else.I have extreme pain from a botched back surgery and decided pain management was the course to take. They never received my MRI after a month. Prescribed me a medicine I told them I couldn't take. It would damage my liver. I was treated like a drug addict trying to get my fix. No I just want relief from excruciating pain. Everything was great until Dr. Lauren mills came along. Staff is super friendly and a joy to deal with. Lauren mills bedside manner is trash, she is not in the business to help patients but rather just meet quotas. I know several people that have left because of her. I’m on my second round of injections and don’t have enough faith in this clinic any more to finish my ablation. Going else where I suggest you do the same.
***THEY ABANDON PATIENTS*** Worst clinic EVER!!! And I have seen some really bad ones. Doctor seemed just okay. Overly loud and boisterous. Desk staff is abysmal. And to make it even worse the staff there has ZERO issues violating every right LEGALLY afforded to you. State and federal. And they love to gaslight you and then play the victim. I just found out this morning that I had been discharged from the clinic, without notice, for calling out Linda, the director of operations, for lying to me AND gaslighting me.
