An incredibly welcome community, great space and coaches. Had the privilege to drop by for a week when I was in town visiting my in laws and am already excited to visit again!
As I was visiting family in Silverdale, I dropped into three morning fitness classes at Seven Cities Crossfit. I really liked the place a lot. The equipment provided is state-of-the-art and in very good shape. The place looks clean and tidy. Absolutely awesome gym. Came from Arizona for a quick trip and this was the closest gym to me. Came to check it out and was very impressed. Staff is awesome and very welcoming. Highly recommend
I keep it real. This gym is the BEST gym I've ever been too in my current existence on this earth. I've been to alot of gyms. Crossfit, powerlifting/strongman, commercial etc. I dont like going to public gyms. I have my own gym at home with mostly everything I need. So I don't need to go here, but I go anyways. The trainers are awesome and knowledgeable and helpful. People of all shapes, sizes and fitness go here and are welcomed.
