Dropped my bike off 2 weeks agoto get a rear break line fixed I was quoted a week to get my bike fixed and giving no estimate at the time of drop off. I was giving no update on it so I called them to find out what the status was they stated they needed 2 to 3 more weeks but when I called they sounded like i was inconveniencing them by asking for and update. We bought our sons bike here a couple years ago so we went back to see if they would trade it back in since he had outgrown in. We got a GREAT deal on the trade in and ended up buying bikes for all 3 of our kids! They let our kids test drive the bikes in the ally which they thought was so cool. They even put new rear brake lines on two of the bikes and made a kickstand for our littles bike since it didn’t have one. All of this was done in about 30 minutes! We were in and out fast!!
