Can't say enough great things about Virtuous Air. It is hard finding a contractor that you can trust and I found just that with Josh. He worked around my schedule, explained my system thoroughly to me and did the work that was needed. No upselling or trying to do unnecessary things like so many others do. System is working better and couldn't be happier. Finally someone I can trust to have my best interest in need!!
Josh is aware of how expensive a repair could be & advised on the most economical route to take. Unfortunately our system is rather old & didn't cooperate. We are very happy with his good explanations & sincere efforts to help us manage the issue. Happy to have found him, he was recommended by our long term ac man who was unavailable for 2 weeks.
Josh was super-responsive, arriving just a few hours after I called him. He is always courteous and professional. Fixed the problem withing an hour at a reasonable price.
