Guy was amazing. I entered this adventure with a lot of trepidation due to a bad experience with another hearing aid company. From our first visit Guy was so supportive and encouraging! I have nothing but the highest regards and respect for Guy and how he managed my case! I would recommend Guy to anyone concerned about hearing loss. Second I would like to thank Rebecca Beamon for guiding me through what to expect from my devices and showing me patience while teaching me the ins & outs of operating my devices. My 45 day trial went smoothly and again I want to thank you both.
The whole process went very smoothly, and was very professional. I am so thankful I decided to do something about my Hearing it was a lot worse then I thought. I had no idea the amount of stuff I was unable to hear, until now. Especially the song birds outside on my deck. In fact I have made Fridays Zoo day, except on rainy Fridays. There is nothing so special and wonderful as animal sounds.
