I love being a part of this gym. The coaches are great and the friends that I improve my fitness with, are the best ever!! The workouts are challenging, but every exercise and weight is based on my fitness level. Just coming back from surgery, I'm able to work at what is comfortable for now and slowing increasing the weight and intensity of each workout. Coach Luke is knowledge and really cares. This is truly a place where the workouts are for any fitness level ( and we have a lot of fun...5:30 and 6:30 classes for sure).

Luke is an amazing coach! I love the gym, the workouts are fantastic, and the members are great too! I LOVE IT! Such a great environment!

Incredible training facility! Luke and staff go above and beyond to create a friendly atmosphere and are experts in helping anyone, regardless of skill level, attain their fitness goals. Highly recommend!!

Great fitness routines that get results! The staff is very personable and friendly, not to mention VERY GOOD at what they do! A great place to work out!
