I loved my stylist and haircut but the one issue I did have was just the unexpected cost. I booked online through their site and it said wash, cut and style was a $50 appointment but the stylist actually charged $70. She said they are independent and that is her cost but this was not told to me upfront so definitely verify if it’s your first appointment.

Very unprofessional. I had a scheduled appointment. I was on time, and I sat and waited 25 minutes for the stylist to finish her client. Then she says she is behind and it will be another time 30 minutes. No communication was given, even while I sat there waiting. Had she communicated the delay, I would have been okay. I made the appointment a month ago and this is not the kind of service or person I want to go to. For someone who is trying to build clientele, this is not the way to do it. Adios!

I went in because my regular hairstylist is out. And the new stylist requested $300 for cut,color, toner. My regular stylist charges me $150 for these services. And didn’t know you negotiate service prices. I won’t go back to her. But will go back to my regular stylist who is at least reasonable Ridiculous she asked me for $300
