We had a complete re-roof completed by Virtue Roofing of which the process was flawless and we're satisfied with the overall workmanship and timeframe they completed the main re-roof in. However, we have been trying to get in contact with them for over 6 weeks (via phone, text and email) to come and install the final flumes to which we have received no response, so overall the job remains incomplete and we will have to sort another trade to come and finish this off.
I had Virtue roofing come out and do a full tile to metal re-roof at my house in Mullaloo. Being a retired roof plumber myself I was always going to be a harsh critique. However, there is nothing I can pull this crew of guys up on. They are efficient, have a high attention to detail, kept the site clean, and were always polite and respectful. I do not own a huge fancy house but my concrete tile roof has always had issues. I got quotes from a couple of companies including Virtue. They were not the cheapest quote but communication and attention to detail was amazing. From the first visit by Jake to all the guys working on my home. Working around bad weather and ensuring that my home stayed secure and dry throughout the process.
