Food is fantastic. The only problem is really the Internet. It’s pretty bad. Also they need to find a way to allow you to use a PS5 with just discs no online gaming but you still have to use your TV as a monitor.
Terrible service before you even get started with intake. There site says they take pacific source, but when you call them they proudly boast we don't take your kind of pacific source as if this particular person was mocking me. Terrible customer service and you shouldn't be anywhere near people who are recovering. The sence of any type of decorum flies straight over thier heads. Talking to these people requires more care after talking with them. Disgusted

it's incredibly misleading that you click on reviews for this place and find a bunch of great reviews from not this place! Not this location, which I only figured out because they were showing pictures of views of the ocean! Going to the website is less than helpful because it seems you can only call a phone number, a national phone number, to get information because it's not showing on the website… I believe this location, in Milwaukee Oregon does not have inpatient facilities, only outpatient services. I’m writing this with such a sad and defeated heart. I set up to get picked up from Portland OR to be taken here for detox and recovery. April 1st they pick me up at 11am. After the over 2 hour drive I start to have some auditory hallucinations as usually follows coming down off of a bender for me, which includes thoughts of self harm. Once I arrive at Virtue they have me talk to a what I think was a counselor, Caitlin was her name. Following our talk they send me packing to the ER with all of my stuff.
