RecommendedI have always been afraid of doctors, but this place is amazing not only have I lost alot of weight, i feel healthier, I have a better relationship with food and the motivation and support needed to continue. Dr. Sam and the girls are wonderful. Thanks to them I am on my way to a healthier me. 37 pounds so far! With their help and support anyone can do it.
I'd like to say that Dr.Sam is a god send. He's always been very supportive and encouraging in my weight loss process. I've recommended him to all my family and friends. As well as him always being respectful so is his amazing staff.
The only thing I'm disappointed in is not doing this program sooner! I am down 30 lbs in 3 months! Most weight loss programs have been in effective and left me unmotivated. Dr. Sam put me on a plan to fit my needs that seemed so effortless and attainable that delivers results! I love going back every 2 weeks to see what I've accomplished!
