I had vaginismus for as long as I could remember, since the onset of puberty. I saw so many different gynecologists, physical therapists, etc., who all had a different idea of how to fix the issue. I had dealt with vaginismus for 6 years. Nothing could enter my vagina, and the muscles were so tight I couldn't urinate all the way. There was so much going on my regular gynecologist called me a "complicated case", but offered no further help. I had tried many things but nothing helped.
