I have had two visits so far and have a third planned soon. Scheduling has been extremely easy and I love not having to travel to an office. The doctor I meet with has been great support and informative. I was diagnosed quickly at the start of the year and a treatment plan was put into place right away with ongoing monitoring and bloodwork. I have always been able to get a hold of them between visits without any issues about questions or concerns.
Dr Troya was great, on time, friendly and to the point. I got the advice I needed and didn't have to go-to an office! Really this should be the future of medicine for things not needed to be physically seen.
Horrible experience with this company. I made an appointment with them on their scheduling system. and received a confirmation on the date and time, only to be told that they could not accommodate me on the day of my scheduled appointment. I dealt with a woman named Heather Guthrie. She had such a bad attitude and literally would not give me another appointment because she accused me of being rude because I expressed my feedback about there lack of timely communication.
