Bait and switch tactics. This place is a scam. Went in as a new patient since I am new to Kentucky to get my prescription filled. Was scheduled for an appointment, i drove an hour to the office, waited in the patient room for almost 30 minutes (which is just a couch and the doctor talks to you through a TV), and then the nurse comes in and says they are having internet issues so the doc cant connect to the tv. Honestly the best place in Tell City for psychiatric care. "The Sarah's" (front desk) are absolutely wonderful people who go above and beyond for every single one of us patients. The therapists are great (Go Team Jenny!) and every psychiatrist I've seen there has been kind and professional.
