I came to Renee looking to stop smoking. I smoked roughly a pack a day. I even smoked on the way up to her office,lol. (I know that's bad.) The session was great. My expectations were exceeded. Renee makes you feel very comfortable, and she is an obvious professional. I learned so much from her. It has been 3 months, and I haven't had the desire to smoke.
