After several years receiving subpar treatment in the ER, I never tjoight i'd write favorably at all, however. Recentky it sppears improvements on patient handling hsve been msde and the ER no longer seem like a devil's den, instead, a place that makes you feel that help is on the way. Not at all scary. I read all the bad reviews before coming here, and they scared me a bit. I wanted to leave a review and reassure future patients, at least in my case (last Saturday) experience was good. Everybody was very kind and kept me in the loop on what is happening and next steps. Short wait and I thought my visit was rather efficient (considering) in terms of different labs and procedures, all ran like a well-oiled machine. My nurses were very kind and checked on me. If i can give this hospital 0 stars i would. I came to the emergency room because i was experiencing a miscarriage i was waiting for over 2 hours going on 3 in soooo much pain and bleeding thru my clothes. People who came after me were seen first and i complained to front desk and front nurse about my pain they told me i need to wait. I left and went to cooper and got help right away you can be DYING and nobody would take you serious their only here for a check not patient quality or safety. Never again!!

Terrible. absolutely terrible. been 4 times and they treat me like my emergency doesn’t matter. no sense of urgency it’s like i can die in the waiting room and they would shrug their shoulders.

Virtua Willingboro Hospital Imaging Department 218A Sunset Rd. Willingboro is located inside main entrance of hospital, the front door. Please don't allow your GPS to take you to the back of hospital. Wish they had a BETTER SIGN for directions, thank goodness I gave myself extra time. Front desk attendance at the office was Maribel very friendly and helpful and nice, but my attending care attendant was KELLY she did my scan.
