Floriya Tkachuk-Mattioli, APN, was so professional and knowledgeable. In about one minute, she clearly explained why my GLP-1 care now has to go through their office instead of my primary care provider. She answered the questions I had been struggling to get answers to, and I really appreciated her clarity. Unfortunately, my experience with Virtua’s administration was very different. I am pleased with the service I have had so far. Very knowledgable people that want the best for you and very nice staff. I have seen two weight loss specialists and both were very nice and encouraging. Small critique: messages sent to them in their portal often go unanswered, but if you call the office and tell them about it the front desk will check it out for you and get the message where it needs to get and you'll get an answer promptly. I suspect messages can get lost in a sea of messages.
Working the Virtua Team at the Virtua Complete Weight Management Moorestown/Haddon Heights office has been a dream come true. The nutritionist I worked with were amazing (Kaminski/Holt) when it was time for my psyc visit (Hunt) also amazing. The entire journey has been easy and a little longer than I thought but it did not feel like work, and Dr. Neel Patel is beyond amazing! No drawn out visits no run around AT ALL. From the office in Willingboro/Moorestown/Haddon Heights A++ all the way.
Lori the medical asst was great very nice. Cassandra the OA was nice and informative. Flonya rocked she made my day she explained everything well and she made me feel good leaving out of there. I think CRYSTAL as her name she checked me out she was great we really talked she told me a lot of info. They are a great team there and they made my day helped me get to the water park with my kids appreciate them…
Everyone in this office is so caring and personable they treat everybody like they've known them forever.Jomonni and Kim Haines are tops. They go out of their way to help you. HIGHLY recommend
