I went for a sleep study and everything went fine, until I received a call two weeks later saying they had to redo the study due to 'equipment malfunction'.
The staff was very kind and clear in explanations and directions. Just be aware that the GPS will take you to the wrong parking lot so just follow the signs once you reach the hospital to get to Parking Lot E for the Health and Wellness Center. I would definitely go here again if I needed.
The direction to the center were horrible. We couldn’t find your location. The GPS takes you to the children hospital. The sleep center is not listed anywhere. We found it by riding around and going in finally to ask for directions. Also, there is no one available to speak to if you have a question. Overall experience was poor.

The most irresponsible & lazy staff place ever they calls in the last minute to argument about, insurance payments when insurance company, told them 10 day before, about one of my insurance wasn’t covered, 🤦♀️ I’m out this place, we thought virtual was good selection but no it’s horrible
