There was a fire drill yesterday and no one knew how to use the machine that assist individuals in wheel chairs. They struggled to open it and there were two people in wheel chairs. Also, we asked one of the representees to call transportation a client and she gave one of the staff members a hard time stating something about how many patients they have. I felt she was very rude.
(2025) Doctor's are great but front desk can be snarky ….. updated below….. (2026) many personnel changes at the front and so much more pleasant in today’s visit. Thanks for listening to patient feedback, and kudos on improving!
Visited the emergency room. They asked why we came. We said high blood pressure. Charged us a co-pay. After waiting for an hour the doctor said they couldn’t treat the patient for high blood pressure and send us out without treatment. Why would you charge us and make us wait if you can’t treat the patient? We clearly told them at the counter what we came for. Feels like a scamming scheme.
It was quick and easy and everyone is very kind
Nicole at the front desk needs to learn better customer service. She was so incredibly rude and talked down to me. She has no compassion or empathy. She canceled my appointment an hour and a half before I was supposed to go over an issue that should have been dealt with the day I made my appointment. Whoever is in charge needs to take a serious look at her and how she talks to people. I was very close to leaving the practice and going somewhere else. With that being said I love the doctors there and would recommend them.
