Ok so not only if you haven’t been seen in the office for a certain amount of time you would now be considered a new patient! So if you had once had a primary care doctor at that office, they no longer will be your primary care doctor! And this place unfortunately he doesn’t accept new patients with most of their doctors! Lady at desk so ignore me and when I asked something she acted so rude
Janet at the front desk was SO rude. I called to ask if they are accepting new patients and she just says no and immediately hangs up???? like talk about professionalism... so ridiculous
I’ve been going to Virtua (family) physicians for over 20 years. When my nurse practitioner retired all of a sudden my scripts were cut off for my mental health medication. I’m being singled out because I have mental health issues and I’m a liability: I wouldn’t send anyone I love to this office as they don’t care about you they only care about money and covering their ass so they don’t get sued.
