I’m new to this office and have already had a great experience! The front desk girls greeted me with friendly faces and made me feel so welcome. I also appreciate how mindful they were of my time during checkout and scheduling my next appointment.
Stay far away if you actually value your medical care! I went here on March 23rd to talk about my migraines and Dr. Dratch wanted to try a new medication, which requires a pre-authorization from him. He assured me that it would take about a week. It's now April 21st- CVS repeatedly won't fill the script because the form was never sent to my RX insurance and I've called so many times over the past month and left voicemails but no one calls me back.
