I am extremely disappointed with the care I received at Virtua. The lack of communication, professionalism, and urgency was unacceptable — especially when dealing with something as serious and sensitive as a pregnancy. I was left confused, stressed, and without clear answers when I needed support the most. If you care about your health or your baby’s wellbeing, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. I’ve been coming here for a very long time. The doctors and nurses are very nice. I Never have a problem but The staff in the front desk several times gave me someone else’s papers and lab slip.
Dr Donee Thomas - Patterson is wonderful!! Very attentive and informative with everything and makes you feel comfortable during every visit .. her staff is friendly and very helpful also … A great primary doctor which I am so pleased to be a patient of
Lady at the front desk was cordial. Neither greatly pleasant or greatly unpleasant (neutral). The person who took my blood pressure was very pleasant. My doctor was very personable, talkative and engaged. I came in as a new patient and I am satisfied with the office.
