First and foremost, the nurses are kind and respectful, but the overall service is very disappointing. I waited over an hour just to receive a pill I take every day and to have my blood sugar checked. Beyond that, very little was done. Even after vomiting for an extended period of time, I was not given IV fluids. On top of that, the waiting seems to continue mainly so additional charges can be added. I used to love this hospital, but based on my recent experience, it feels like a waste of time to come here now.
I was here today on February 24, 2026 to see Dr. Bhalodia he is always so pleasant. He has been my doctor for over 30 years, also the young lady at the front desk was very nice and respectful made me feel welcome. I don't remember her name but she was the young lady signing me on for my appointment.
I just wanted to say I had a very good experience at virtua in Camden when I came there. I came in looking for an appointment because I wasn’t having a good experience at the virtua in pennsauken anymore. I came here trying to get an appointment the same week and they didn’t have anything available but Leslie at the front desk was a very big help!
