My husband has been to Virtua Urgent Care twice in the last 6 months and I have been there once. All 3 times we received Exceptional Care! Very professional check in, Dr Chen was wonderful all 3 times, as he was very thorough in his examination. He listened to what symptoms we had and gave his diagnosis clearly. He explained what the meds he prescribed were for and what to be aware of is additional symptoms should arise. A great Urgent Care All Way Round!!!!Bernadette and Jorge L.

Today, November 5th, I went to Virtua Willingboro for an endoscopy in the same day surgery section. Just so everyone knows..... you ALL were just terrific. The entire staff was wonderful. P.S, thanks for all the warm blankets....lol

I went again this morning for bloodwork and as always Kelley was great. She always gets it on the first try and completely pain free. She is the absolute best for taking blood and should be recognized for those skills and her true professionalism each and every time. Great personality too!!
I was scheduled for a Colonoscopy and Endoscopy on June 16, 2025. Dr. Shmuts' office kept me informed, via text messages, from the day it was scheduled to the day of. I had to be there at 6:00 am and was greeted by a very pleasant woman who took down my required information. Immediately after that, a nurse came and took me to the section where she prepared me for my procedures. I went to the Virtua Health & Wellness Center for a Mammogram and DEXA Scan and when I arrived to sign in, the front desk staff could not find my DEXA scan script but had my Mammogram script. They told me that they could sign me in for the Mammogram but not the DEXA. So, I waited until I was called for that. The person called me, and her name was Kelly asked me how I was doing today, and I told her I was upset. We continued to walk and talk, and I explained what happened.
