I began therapy here in Nov 25 after having surgery because of a fall. I was using a walker and unsure if I’d ever be able to walk unassisted again. Andrew asked me what my goals were right away. I told him I wanted to be able to walk without an aid and be able to do things I did before my injury like drive and travel. Andrew worked with me two times a week for 6 months. I first noticed how the male therapists each dressed so nicely; in plain clothes; it was so refreshing to see! Did ypu know that many (if not.all) of the therapists are also doctors? I found this quite impressive! The second most notable thing.was the cleanliness of the facility and equipment; Josh, the young lady (whose name escapes me), and his little brother (whose not really his lil brother), never misses a beat while ensuring equipment is properly sanitized before and after each use. I had the best therapist hands down Francis Kyle knows his stuff he's personable knowledgeable and so funny and nice. He takes the time to not only listen but he's very patient. If I ever have to have physical therapy again I'll Deff be going back to Kyle and I highly recommend him and this Virtua location. The staff are phenomenal and caring. Keep doing what your doing. Best PT ever. Past sessions at other places were a cookie cutter approach. Jared listens to what I have to say and adjusts my program accordingly, keeping me engaged and constantly challenging me for the best possible outcome. But you have to put the work in! I won’t go anywhere else.
